Hi, I am
Michaela! ⤵️
I am a holistic self mastery coach, graduate of the University of Iowa College of Nursing, Registered Nurse by degree, Board Certified Nurse Coach, podcast host, certified run coach, but most importantly a woman on a mission to shift the narrative around nursing as we know it.
I remember graduating nursing school eager to enter the field. A week into my new grad residency program (February 2020) nursing as we knew it completely shifted. I witnessed first hand a ‘broken system’ as hospitals were doing everything they could to keep patients + staff members healthy. I saw so many nurses, including myself suffer from burnout, compassion fatigue + declining personal health.
Through my own experience I’ve learned that nursing GETS to be a beautiful career. That what makes your RN license so powerful is what YOU bring to the table. It’s not just about certifications, climbing the clinical ladder or skill competency— it’s about having a career that you LOVE + that you get to LIVE + share your TRUE mission in the human experience with others.

DO I HAVE TO BE ON THE LIVE/ WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THE DATES
The magic happens being IN the room (or in this case virutal room) I highly encourage you to be on live, take your PTO, request for the day off do what you need to in order to invest in your transformation
WILL IT BE RECORDED?
Yep! If you can't get the days off to be on live I will send out the recording after the event is over!
WHAT ARE THE BONUS SESSIONS?
These will be optional + hosted right before the actual event start time. They will include a (1) 45 minute Reiki session as well as a (1) 45 minute movement class for all fitness levels, both led by nurses who have chosen to use their license in a creative way!
CAN I INVITE MY NURSE FRIENDS?
PLEASE. DO. We are shaking up the narrative in nursing as we know it. A rising tide raises all ships. When we individually create careers we love, we collectively create a community that makes the nursing world a better place.
what else is happening in the sessions?
Each day we will kick off (at 9am MST/10am CST/11am EST) with some community connection + small group time, after that there will be a workshop to help you elevate your career + practice. We will finish out the session with a group of panelists. This will be your opportunity to hear what other nurses are doing with their license and allow you to ask questions about how they got there, what they do, tips/advice they have for you, etc. We will wrap up the day by (11amMST/12pmCST/1pmEST)

After two day event I will be giving away (5) 60 minute 1:1 sessions to help you create a specific ACTION PLAN co-created by you & I, taking what you learned in the workshop but to the ELEVATED level of not just being a dream but a PLAN.
We will dig deep in to why + where you feel misalignment, what the deeper problem is and HOW you can use the workshop to make LIFE + CAREER MOVES!
